Light as in visual or common expression? Because seeing light, the mind is still trying to identify it. Which cannot be grasped. But if you mean light in common expression than disregard this post.

I love it. You do feel lighter, and Eckhart Tolle says that light feeling actually makes our body lighter physically as well.
