Techniques to open my third eye

Hello everyone

My spiritual development I feel is going well however, I am having problems with my third eye, opening and activating.
A month or so back while lying on my bed I felt my third eye pulsating quite heavy and I felt and saw a black shadow lying across me, which I feel was my guide. Through this happening I felt like there were loads of stars floating towards me really quickly, until they frozed in front of me and they we're actually bubbles. I thought this was great as my third eye is opening but I've had nothing since and wondering if there are some techniques I can do to open my third eye? I feel this is the missing piece now..I feel I am nearly there if only I could just open my third eye.

Google opening third eye...there are lots of interesting youtubes.
But mostly focusing there in meditation holding the eyeballs still, gently,
Should help.
(When the eyeballs jiggle or move it's harder to keep the focus where you want it.)
Also, there are Gurus that say they can open it.

I have googled opening third eye but some of the contect I dont know is right or not and who to trust.
while meditating I have been focusing on my third eye, visualise it opening and keep looking at it for around a minute at a time.
Are the gurus on here that can open it?

Gurus here that can open the 3rd eye? Not that I know of.
Since you have already seen stars...just relax, sit back and enjoy, I'd say.
Focus and gentle concentration should do the trick.
Sometimes it may be like watching a pot boil...seems to take forever, I know.

the third eye opens when your consciousness has reached a stage where you are ready.....it's not something you or anybody else opens....it's more like a plant flowering when the time is right :)
