Can someone contact my spirit guides for me?

I have trouble getting in contact with my spirit guides and listening to my intuition. Could someone contact them for me? If not, any advice on how I can myself?

Hi stephenproject. I have been exploring this subject and living it for a very long time and here are my suggestions.

First of all my friend you have to understand that there are all kind of guides and not all of them are good spirits.
There are bad ones as well as good ones and spirits are everywhere around us.
You can't stop spirits being around you, but what you can do is attract good ones in your life and repel bad ones.
They are the one guiding the human kind and the entire universe on all levels.

Bad spirits are attracted when you do, say and think negatively to others and to yourself.
Good ones are attracted whey you do say and think positively.
They guide us through our intuition. Bad ones guide us in bad directions. Good ones guide us in good directions.

Some spirits are more advanced than others. Bad spirits are not advanced. They are actually infants.
Advanced good spirits are MUCH MUCH more powerful than bad ones but we as people do not do enough
to attract them into our lives. Advanced spirits are angels, archangels, saints, great teachers and so on.

If you pray to God and great teachers like Buddha, Jesus Christ, Buddha Quan Yin,
other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and other great beings like archangels,
saints and so on, they will help you, heal you and guide you into better life
but must be willing to change yourself. Because if you do not willingly change yourself
they will not help you as much because they don't want to be wasting their time on someone that is not listening.
Nobody is expecting us to be perfect and not to make mistakes but
we must have the will to change and we must show that.

Start praying or meditating and showing that you care and that you want
to be a better person and servant of the divine and start doing
something good every day to people without any personal interest at least for ten minutes,
especially to people that need it the most and trust me little by little
and more and more miracles will start to happen in your life.

More you try more you will be helped.
Show that you are serious and they will take you seriously
and start helping you in so many incredible ways that you will not be able to believe.
You will be guided through your intuition and
as you progress your intuition will become better and you will be guided more and more.

Great prayer is The Lord's Prayer. It will help you to change if you pray regularly. It is incredibly powerful and so simple!

My most amazing spirit guide contact comes when I receive reiki healing. I have Native American ancestry, and have had an old man and old woman come to me who have both named themselves and taken me on massive adventures of my past lives plus what lessons I have to learn in this life. I also have a squirrel come to me, he's hilarious. It's like having a disney character for a spirit guide! Who still provides me with amazing insight. I have many animals come to me, but squirrel is my closest ��

Maybe you could try having a reiki session while focusing on contacting your guides? I am able to receive guidance when I am not having reiki, but the amazing visualisations and conversations comes to me while having a healing.

I do trust they will come to you at the right time. Don't give up.

I have felt pretty weird recently, not sure what it was about so I tried to connect to my guides to no avail so I was also wondering if someone could help contact my guides to get answers. At the moment I feel a presence but I really cannot tell, it is slightly weird. Maybe it's just me but any help would be appreciated. I try to contact my guides everyday but I have not really had any connection, no signs, no dreams, nothing.

One of the things I found when I was struggling to connect with my guides was that I had been sunconsciously putting a barrier up because a) I was trying too hard and b) I felt a bit scared. After working on these issues I found it much easier. Is there something possibly going on that might be causing the same for you? just a thought :)

Hi thats the problem i have my spirit guides spoke to my gf and they all say im putting up this barrier but i dont know that im doing it and i dont know how to take them down do you have any tips that could help me thanc :-)

Hello,

It is my understanding that this barrier is put up by our intellect. It is the job of the intellect to physically protect a person from harm. It will consider what it does not understand as dangerous. The task is to build a bridge between the intellect and the intuition. I have written a few tips or insights about that process.
