You do not "move" objects, you shift your awareness to another parallel reality where everything is mostly exactly the same except for the object. In fact, that object would no longer have the same properties, since it is in a different location; thus it is no longer the same object.

In other words, if you were to, say, teleport somewhere physically, you would first have to look inside yourself and know you are already there. I have used the power of the mind to move things or bend things. In one control study group I was a part of we were put in a room, and told to move an object in the other room, knowing only it was something placed on a table. The group I was with had no success there as we had no energy connection or vibration to sense to what we were to move. When we were told what it was we were to move we then had a bit of success.

From the Metaphysical view I hold on energy everything has an energy vibration but what blocks much of what we can do is our powerful brain with its logic centre to understand how things work and why they work.

The ability to send to and receive from another the thoughts and feelings that come from making an energy connection to them. It might be that the individuals share in the same spiritual planes of understandings and this bridges the gap to clearer abilities to transfer and receive information.

While this has been greatly studied over the years for the gain of learning knowledge from let’s say the other side in a war action it has never been found to have that needed consistent flow. This too can lend into the ideas of ESP or Remote Viewing.

You are not going to get everyone to own up to this and for good reason. I know of at least one person (in USA) who publicly admitted they could move objects with their mind. Government men came and (without choice) took them to Texas for testing. Fortunately for them, they could not do it on command and were returned a week later.
