A meditation video -Fantastic audio-
This video i discovered over on youtube yet again, it says it has an instant effect on people for meditation purposes, and i wont argue with that because just closing my eyes and hearing it makes me feel kinda.. odd a sensation im not familiar with, so people here might want to give it a whirl.

I just listened to it golden, I didn't experience anything much, apart from wanting to go to sleep.....it sounded like my upright vacuum cleaner......its different i'll give you that........Peace xxx

I believe thats due to the white noise associated with it, white noise in general makes me tired.. and a Vacume cleaner always made me sleep as a kid lol. |
