slumping over to my right
I meditated today (i do mindful meditation) for the 1st time without music.
I just watch what comes up and not judge it.
I was sitting up straight but it felt like i was like my upper body was slumping
to my right.I had to open my eyes to see if i was not slumping over to my right
and falling asleep but i was awake i was not sleepy.
What was happening to me and is that a problem??

No worries Anthony.
Your body will move all over the place. I call it automatic yoga. If the movement or position causes you to lose focus the change it and go back to practice. You will notice this more with head movement.
Good question :-)

I've believe this has something to do with the sensory deprivation you experience during meditation.
Energetically, maybe sensing which side of your energetic body was dominant right then?

I'm am not sure but i think my energetic body has to do with it but how?
Not sure but i think its my astral body that was doing something but i was
not afraid like in astral projecting when it first happens.
Any more theory on this?

I'd just take it as the experience as it is and retain the meditation focus.

Good to see you have been continuing your journey Anthony.
I think you may be right about your astral body. I have noticed when I fall asleep or enter a vary deep meditative state, I feel a free falling feeling. I accredit this to a separation between my physical body and my astral/soul body. The initial separating is what causes the free fall feeling. If you continue the meditating past the falling feeling, I believe it is possible to enter the astral plain.

Hi
Good to hear from u again.
It only happened ones or twice but i think it was my astral body.
I am still doing the visual centering and i am starting to go back and
seeing laser vision when i was there today for the 1st time.
Now i have to anchor and move right back

That's great. Grounding techniques are a great way to strengthen that anchor.
