Today I am grateful for the sunshine and sandals on my feet.
I am grateful for the tax refund I got in the bank today.
I am grateful that I am able to help others with life issues.

Today I am grateful for my Doctors phone call telling me that the Dept of Health had approved his application for 3 months of meds.
Cost to me per month now is AU$ 6.30.
Cost before approval AU$ 1,894.70

my father and mother, my life is blessed because of them
trees, they are a reminder that life is worth living
SF, it's like finding an island where I can go visit anytime I please, meet other visitors from all walks of life willing to share their stories, thoughts and whatnots

Today I'm grateful for
-Sobriety, on my 17th day without alcohol and feeling really good, Energy has come back, head is clear, skin is improving
-My mom and dad <3
-Finally thinking about what I'm going to do after my massage therapy career, maybe do online schooling for medical coding and billing

Well done mate,keep up the good work,alcohol is a very socially acceptable drug,
I gave it away two years back,by then I was only drinking lights not full strength beer,and I loved my OP Bundy ( rum ),I go anywhere now around drinkers and there is no urge to drink,
Next for me is tobacco, I just can not stop,but perseverance is my middle name.And I am grateful for that!
