Recurring memories of a small but low points in life
Hello,hope you are all well.
I have joined this forum to see if what I have recently noticed in my thoughts is something that needs attention..is it a message,is it guidance, am I going mad?
Over the past 12-14years, there have been small and really unimportant events that have occurred between myself and others that have stuck with me and I think about regularly...in the last couple of weeks I've realised that each one of these events that come back to me is a time I didn't stand up for myself.
I've had worse things happen in my life that I've been able to let go and forget about,but theres a few small things here that I can't move on from.
I'm no push over normally and I can hold my own ground but theres a few moments that have somehow slipped though the
net.
Am I remembering these times so that I can learn not to be like that kind of person myself or am I being told to confront similar situations to be the bigger person?
This is a serious issue i need help with but do i go to my angels or a shrink?
