Thanks. Im still seeing just white, i do see a darker version of me though, like my spirit self I guess? sometiems it feels, looks like it moves to the side and back for a while.

It's definitely easier with glasses or nothing. It took longer the other day and my contacts were drying out on me. |

Yeh, do you use dailies on monthlies? I did it with out contacts or glasses didnt really work. I thought the aura was seen threw third eye not physicla ones?

I have monthlies. I realize now that it's not the physical eyes that see the aura, but when my contacts dry out like that it's too uncomfortable to go on. |
