During my breathing meditation sometimes I see colors, sparks, and a indigo dot where my third eye is. But when ever I ask questions I don't feel like I get answers. And I don't really feel the presence of my spirit guides. I can slow my thoughts down a lot and at times my thoughts stop completely.. It just seems like I am still having trouble getting to the next level?! What do you think? any suggestions?

Dear EE,
First, mantra is good, but it's not good to chant it with beans when meditating. The point of meditation is to tranquilize your heart. Movement of the beans works opposite.
Second, it's dangerous to assume that you have a third eye, and even try to use it. We are human. If you pursue something unrealistic, it will very likely lead you to unusual and maybe unhealthy experience. Please stop it.

Take meditation easy
Simply, meditation is just about quieting mind. If you think (By your mental) to have a good meditation, you have not to wait for a result, just quiet your mind, the rest will come himself. Quiet your thoughts, don't even think about meditation.
It's a spiritual practice and it have to be considered like that.
