You are 19 years old. It sounds like you are growing up and coming into your own, preparing to leave behind whatever caused your depression and anxiety. It is definitely a good time to be meditating. Meditation can put you back in touch with your real self. The spiritual journey is endless, and it sounds like you are just starting out. Go with the flow, be kind and gentle with yourself, the path can get a bit rough at times. Best wishes.
