It's all energetic. More importantly when you can easily activate your energetic (spiritual) body you have the opportunity to simply lead that blockage of energy elsewhere and to simply come back to a state of balance.

It is proven that diseases occur when negative emotions (energy in motion) are trapped in specific locations of a physical body.

Actions, reactions, thoughts and desires all cause specific areas in physical bodies to "activate" with energy.
(undeniable example: grief)
"activation" can be explained as energy (hot or cold) condensing/emitting in high amounts.

States of high vitality occurs when every single one of your limbs (Not just your stomach, or your hands. All of your body.) is flowing with your energy.

I have always done that if i get a headache i wont except it,
i used to do it a lot when younger going to Rallies car your feet get cold i wouldn't except it and they would always warm up.
its a good way to get rid of ailments.

As a headache grand master*, I would answer sometimes yes, but there are deeper ailments.

First with headaches, hydrate yourself properly.

Also watch your sodium / potassium levels, these ones are key, because if you drink plenty of water but don't have a good balance of those, you'll just go pee and it won't hydrate your body.

And then moving the energy in the body is good, I agree.
And avoiding energy vampires!

Really good post. Afflictions and illness are energies which aren’t flowing; or negative thoughts which are causing energy blocks in the symbolic part of the body.
