Everything you have held on to that makes you feel bad, drop it. Everything that someone has said to you that is negative, drop it. Every expectation that anyone has of you, drop it. Everything that someone says you should be, drop it. Every worry or fear that you have, drop it. Every wrong doing that you have stored within your memory, drop it. Every wrong turn you think you’ve made, drop it. Drop any and everything that you consider a burden in your life right now. Just drop it. What is left if you drop those thoughts just for a few moments?

You are not other people’s expectations. You are not your past failures. You are not your negative thoughts. You are not your mistakes. You are not your flaws nor fears. You are not any of that. If you would just drop those things for a few moments you would notice absolute peace. That peace is the place where creation starts. That peace is the place where the spontaneity of our energy can spark. Together we bring new meaning to life.

Each and every moment can be new and fresh. But that peace within your heart is what is needed before that spark can start. Your life should not be a series of do over’s and apologies. Your life should not be about past regrets or misunderstandings. Your life is meant to birth new ideas into being. That is what your life is.

Once you understand that you are the physical representation of your spiritual parents you can then get on with living a joyful life. You can then know that you were never sent there to have to prove anything. You were sent there to BE who you are. You were birthed into existence to let the representation of your God energy shine. Anything that you do that is less than that will always feel off. Anything that you say that does not in every moment represent the love that you came here to express will always feel awful. You were not sent here to have to defend yourself or live up to others expectations. You said I know who I am, I know what I want, I know the value that I can add to the universe. WHERE DO I SIGN UP?

thank you. It seems like these messages come at the "right" time. The Universe has been telling me to let go for sometime now. :)
