Mozart concert: felt in my chakras :)
I just wanted to share in case anyone else is in need of a lift.
I have been feeling down lately after a lot of setbacks, but have maintained a clean diet, no alcohol, frequent meditation & chakra work... Well, yesterday I went to a local symphony concert where I knew one of the violinists. Someone saved me a first row seat...and it was so FREAKING AMAZING how I literally felt the music in my chakras. The energy bounced from my lower chakras to the higher ones, depending on the notes, and would kick off a reverb.
It blissed me out :) truly rapturous and a nice energy change up!
I strongly urge anyone in need of a lift to check out local live music concerts: I had NO IDEA it would feel so good.

What were they playing?
Mozart is so good for various spiritual things, can uplift someone a bit who's ill, can relax you or, as seems to have happened to you, reach right through your senses - especially hearing it "live". His string music, like Eine Kleine Nachtmusik is wonderful.
Many musical people say it's because he got things just right, just the right number of notes and his utterly good taste in harmony.

It was the concerto for Oboe #2. So impressive how this young slender girl played and swayed through her part, eyes closed, no sheet music at all! And all those notes memorized! I was blissed out.
in addition there was the Light Cavalry overture by von Suppe which was also very stirring
Brahams 2nd symphony (is that really it's name?? I remember the conductor saying it was the second one he wrote anyway, a pastoral) was last. I probably "felt" that one least of all but it was very soothing.
The afternoon had a Viennese theme to it. And yes dream jo, it made me very happy. It made me want to go home and get back to creating things... in the wake of two family deaths my creativity has tanked.
Can't say I was very creative today though, although my boyfriend just came in and say "Wow, you cleaned up!" so that's something A start
