All good suggestions...I wanted to third it on the flower essence remedies, most people start with the Bach and go from there.
FES carries the generic Bach line, which is called Healing Herbs, formulated by Julian Barnard. This line is less expensive, and definitely as effective.
Healing Herbs can also be procured directly from their own website, they are located in the UK.
FES is located in the USA, so that works more well for me, for shipping reasons.
Blessings!

Try This: 25 Supplements for Anxiety
Things to consider
Supplements aren’t meant to replace prescribed medication or other doctor-approved therapies. But they can be helpful additions to your care plan.
Although the supplements below are generally tolerated well, it’s important to understand how they may affect you specifically. Age, upcoming surgery, pregnancy, or other underlying health conditions can all affect your individual dosage. Some supplements are dangerous when taken in higher than recommended doses.
You should always check with your doctor before adding supplements to your routine. They can discuss any potential side effects or drug interactions with you.
It’s also important to note that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration doesn’t regulate or monitor supplements like they do for drugs. You should only buy from manufacturers you trust, as well as follow any dosage information to a T.
Read on to learn how vitamins, herbs, and other supplements may help reduce feelings of anxiety and promote overall well-being.

How To Naturally Cure Anxiety
Hey there, that’s a great question. There are actually many ways to anxiety.
If you like tea, using mint surprisingly helps. It's very therapeutic and its aroma is also pretty relaxing. Peppermint is my recommendation because of its refreshing and cooling nature.
Basil also helps if you're into cooking. It's very affective against stress and anxiety. Again though, tea is probably the best way to use basil for this remedy though.
Lavender is pretty good for aroma therapy, but again, can also be used in tea (are you starting to see the pattern here ;)).
Lemon Bombas is another and also one of my favorites. It's part of the mint family but still has a nice lemon, citrusy flavor to it.
I can go on and on but i figured I'd just list my top three that every common house hold items that you could make right after reading this post.
Hopes this helps.

I say raw foods because when I came back to cooked after a few years raw, even steamed veg brought on anxiety, and depression. An odd thing I know, but I have seen others in that community years ago that, well one lady, her Schizophrenia, completely healed. I'd go back to all raw, and it was gone, I came back for balance in other area's.
Corn Starch, potatoes, cooked corn, and a few other foods cause me to have anxiety as well. Just like some foods give me immediate depression.
Walk into an Apothecary store loaded with Essential Oils, and try any that present themselves to you - you don't have to know what they are for, just get your sniffer ready, and use coffee grinds to rebalance your nasal passage. If you find a particular oil pleases you at that time and moment, take it home, try a diffuser, wear it as perfume with a carrier oil, have a diffuser near bed, in the car, on a pendant that you can wear.
What works for me, may not work for you, and sometimes what worked for me, no longer does; Lavender is my current go to. Fennel. Tannsie, Red Mandarin (when I looked into them after I'd bought them, I found some are natural sedatives)
Try some deep breathing exercises. Calming music. Some Grounding skills that work for you..

Most underrated comment . I could tell you know what you’re talking about for sure . All of these things you have listed have been apart of my regime to help prevent and help calm my anxiety by my own trial and error . All of these I can say with full confidence work and is extremely good advice . Love this 🥰.
