Spiritual theories abound
Designed to confound
Yet resting mind
Thoughts that seek to bind
A small step at a time
We sense an inner chime
Each cross road offering a clue
Inexplicably seen by very few
Consciousness in joyous expansion
Or identity shrivelling in fearful contraction
If we but pause
The cause
Looking at the thought in nonchalance
Our detached dalliance
Bursts the imaginary bubble of fear instantly
Noiselessly
Repeated observation
Leads to slow assimilation
Shifting our consciousness fulcrum
To an ever present stillness centrum
Whereupon we simply transcend limited thought
Ego begot
And imbibe hues of love in all their beauty
In an unbroken continuity
Meditation being all about the connection
Of our attention
With the divine
As we effortlessly align
Drawing in the elixirous nectar
Within and across all energy vectors
By magnetic attraction
In childlike elation
That’s all it takes
To partake
In reclaiming our innate divinity
One with oneness in entirety

Any state of being manifesting a contracted feeling
is invariably brought about by our ego narrowly perceiving
in turn has to do with our consciousness identifying & associating
with an object real or imaginary it is deludedly fearing or desiring

What the mind interprets to be detachment is more oft than not indifference
that we know deep within as sinking ennui rather than joyous exuberance
Likewise then we may reason that what some of us may call meditation
is quite different from self hypnotic thought controlled healing sedation

Meditation being simply shifting our attention from the ephemeral external
to mind-body rested identity-less awareness simply present in silence eternal
wherein neither repressing nor sublimating any ego associated negativity
we being formless awareness re-connect to divine love magnetism in entirety

As such there is no doer present within and yet all the doing is invisibly done
while we as pristine awareness simply resistancelessly be to become
Love itself in fullness filling the voids of emptiness within
in identity dropped presence still and sanguine

Looking at the contracting thought manifest
owing to circumstance compelling our attention
it is in the manner of our response that we detect
fulcrum of our consciousness as of its agitation

We know that the external is ephemeral
yet when faced with adversity critical
ripples of fear do become clearly visible
until we rest our attention in the eternal

As we thus look at our consciousness oscillating
we would do well to smile in generous indulgence
observing without judging duality so experiencing
trustingly relying as always upon divine assistance

Pausing to reflect upon that aspect of consciousness delusion
which becomes vulnerable to narrowness arising from association
with fear & desire anchoring onto and so consuming our attention
deflecting our natural resonance away from the Divine vibration ...

By such frequent continuous contemplative consciousness correction
as attention oscillation slows down we be to become blissful elation
the peaked ineffable rapture within an explosion in unending continuation
our being-ness as is-ness in divine alignment our flowing orientation

Consciousness oriented for expansion makes for the ego ever craving
Yet as our earth vehicle interface if we choose with the divine it’s aligning
Sublimating its energy as a burning yearning for self with Self connecting
Mind body becomes a finely tuned instrument with ॐ within resonating

Surreptitiously surfaces
If delusion be our flagship
We fall through bottomless crevices

For cling not
No anticipation
No agitation
Or so we think
In openness doublethink
What about stagnation
Aren’t there patterns
Preference of resonation
To select vibrations
There being a purpose to this madness
To connect in-form consciousnesses
With our formless awareness
One with the That Oneness
Choosing orientation of witnessing
The burning yearning for connecting
Ourself with the divine in alignment
In quiet contentment
Yet with resolve
Responding to our inner call
Not by meditation but in continuum of receptivity
To imbibe the divine elixir in an unbroken continuity
Unmoved by images or revelations fleeting
From the stillness fulcrum in a mode of allowing
Inwardly turned sentience
Thoughts rested in playful innocence
Though our aspect is unseeking
Our singular focus is uncompromising
To be and so become
Unwaveringly one
Thereafter what will be will be
Each flowing moment eternity
