Child Walkins
Is it possible to have a walkin as child? Is it possible that the child could have a walkin without knowing about it?

The earlier it happens the easier it is for the energies of the body and the new inhabitant to merge. I made a walk-in on my own energy (that had been trapped close to the Earth plane) shortly after birth in an effort to balance it. I have talked with someone else that tells a story of making a walk-in as a child/baby. So my answer will be yes.

I sometimes wonder if I could be a walkin from when I was a child. I was very sick and almost died at the age of 6. Since then I have felt different. I kind of felt like I didn't "fit in" with my family. It's like I lacked the closeness to them.
All through my life, I have felt like I don't have my "own soul". If that makes any sense.
When I look in the mirror, it's like I don't see the "me" that I feel like. Sorry if this at hard to understand.

So sorry, but I do not believe in walkins...We prepare long and hard on our next incarnation--certain body, parents, location, time and circumstances...Why would we plan so carefully to then just throw it away? Makes no sense to me....

As with any area of life it is quite hard to generalize; your we simply might only refer to how you usually do it or how you on some level remember planning this life of yours. Not all are on Earth as a human by their own free will and choice, so if an opportunity to leave opens up sure why not take it? There are also those done with the "job" before the "contract "expires". Plus there are the circumstances where a walk-in is planned before the incarnation. The circumstances and possibilities seem as infinite as life itself. Though should stories of those remembering not be enough evidence of its existence?

No, it is not enough for me.....and that not all humans are here of their own free will makes even less sense..... We always have free will and the choice to reincarnate is always ours........There are no ifs, ands or buts with our contract.....we go home when it is our preplanned time to do so......

I have heard the argument many times that the fruit always falls when it is ripe ( we go home when it is our preplanned time to do so). But that is something life/nature does not teach us; unless nature also is false in its expression of how life is? In this life I have no sense of smell yet should I doubt others when they say things smell; or should I suspect it is just a big play others put up to confuse me?
In this life I am down here to balance a part of me that centuries ago got trapped close to the Earth plane with no rest between incarnations; the choice to go down and do so is the only thing I had control of - the rest was out of my reach. I had no wish to come and take such a life, it was purely a necessary move I had to do for the better of the whole of my own being. So I made a walk-in on my own energy shortly after birth saving myself from an infant death. Though you are free to believe whatever you want; that is fine with me

Amen to that....We all have our own beliefs based on what we believe happened or did not happen or memories that we believe that we have, and our personal experiences.....

Hi mnrjpf99,
Adults will believe all manner of things ... my concern is that those beliefs will be thrust upon children, and in this instance, suggesting to a child that they are a walk-in could very well cause the child to feel divorced from their own being ... and that's not ok ... you may have no intention to force your beliefs onto children but if this encourages just one reader think twice about doing so then my intention with this post is validated ...

I agree that it should never ever be suggested to a child that they could be a walkin. An adults beliefs should be kept to them selves.Children are very impressionable.
