My advice to you thatman - keep doing what your doing but be careful, your intention is good trying to help others, I see this from your messages... but when out in the astral be aware that your personal spiritual support are there close with you - you should be able to feel them close every day, guiding you for the good of other people, if you can't 'feel' that, work at that first - get your 'personal support' strong and with you on your astral journeys to help others......
