I think we all have had problems but we must count our blessings that SPIRITUAL FORUMS IS BACK!!!!!!!!

I think that now I appreciate just how special and important the forums and members are. I hope that we all realise that and the hard work that goes into them, and the love that is shared.

I had a problem lately though trying to AP.. I keep falling asleep.. it's been annoying me..

silly question, but are you getting enough sleep ? I am certainly not an expert on this AP idea... I think you are kinda supposed to be awake for it ? am I correct ?

maybe try drinking a glass of orange juice before you try.. not sure, but it is supposed to help with lucid dreaming, maybe it will help with AP ? ohhh wait a minute, I vaguely recall ... you don't like orange juice ?

During the week I get about 6 hours of sleep.. I go to be around 9-10 and get up between 3-4 so 6 or 7 hours of sleep.. So I might now be getting enough sleep..

In a way you are supposed to be 'awake', but your body is 'sleeping' while your mind is conscious. In a way.. I'm not good at explaining it.. google is better at explaining it then me.

I will try that!, except for the orange juice!! ewwww!!! And, your right ireally hate that stupid orange juice!!!

Not much sleep at all, but it is said some people need less sleep than others.
