Is it possible to have a BAD past life connection with someone?

i was thinking, and I cant help but to think something is wrong with him. We carried on ONE conversation once earlier on...he looked into my eyes and i looked into his and there was this energy. Not love, but an energy I cant really describe. After that, we never had a convo ever again. he said little things, sometimes stumbling and fumbling over his words. After I realized I had dreams about him before I met him, and a dream where he looked different but it was him and i absolutely recognized him...i completely ignored him every time he tried to say something to me...it scared me. Im a very nice person, and Ive never done that before. I told myself, "its not right, but I HAVE to do it" He asked me if I was ok because I was being antisocial..and i said yeah Im ok. Before I left that day, he said "you ready to go?" ( very nice and gently) i just looked down and nodded. he said..mmmm..LOOKS LIKE IT. and his voice sounded really weird. That weekend apparently he had a nervous breakdown and went to the hospital. It was a few days he was out. A coworker said he came in on Sunday and told her a story. I worked on Sunday and I didnt see him at all. The store is fairly small so I dont know how i didnt see him. She said, yeah, he went to the hospital but came in on Sunday, so how is he BACK at the hospital?

After he came back, he looked at me really strange and covered his eyes. Almost like I caused him to lose it. He's been rude,disrespectful, and acting crazy to me ever since.
