how can i talk to my guardian angel in a lucid dream?

You can talk to your spiritual team, including your 2 guardian angels (guides) at any time. It need not be in a lucid dream. They are automatically connected to you.

You can invite them to communicate w/ you via dream.

Is there some urgency about this?

I agree with Mattie.
I have many lucid dreams.
Take notice of advice you are given.
Do you ever hear voices as you are dropping off to sleep?
This is because you are more relaxed going towards the 'sleep' state.

You could try Asking your Guide. And being patient ..patience can be a hard lesson for many by the way.

Do you Lucid Dream ? If not does it have to be that way?..(communication I mean )

Just talk... they hear you. Now if you want to hear them, try meditating! :)

thanks you guys:) and no deepsea i dont hear any voices as i fall asleep and no it isnt urgent. i just want to meet them in person but i can communicate by meditation?? plz tell me how lol

hOpk1do... You can learn how to communicate with your guides and angels, but you can't set the terms of who you are connected with or how they will interact with you. They are far wiser beings than we, and we are on the receiving rather than the commanding end.
