on reflection, i think the dream may be pointing out some residual 'judgment
energy' that you're relying on (perhaps unrecognized by you; subtle).
you'd set yourself to the task of rescuing some prison escapees, but didn't
provide the same quality of effort to the two women. had you favored the
one, and given her preferential treatment? was it your own judgment which
proclaimed the one woman guilty, while the other as falsely accused?

i'm thinking that the pair are each representing portions of your own self
which has been wrongfully imprisoned... the task at hand is to bring these
aspects of yourself into freedom. if you hold self judgments, condemning
a portion of your being into servitude, your whole self cannot be free from
repression... it'd be like having a chain attached to your little toe; although
the majority of you may appear free, the whole of you is still a captive.
