I need suggestions for a high energy diet.
I'm building a website that, in short, is going to be a complete guide to self development/exploration/understanding/maintenance. I believe a healthy diet is important. Personally my biggest problem has been staying motivated. Some days I'll feel absolutely lethargic, I'll be so sapped of energy I won't even feel motivated to feed myself. This is of course due to a terrible diet and self neglect (kind of ironic given my goal). I want to create a diet that's directed towards sustaining high energy and motivation for your daily exercises, mental and physical. I'd like any input you can give me.
Any advice/suggestions?

well strange as it may sound, low g.i. (glycaemic index) will give a more natural and sustained energy source. organic. i would also suggest looking into food combining as laid down in the hay diet. allergies and intolerances can make you lethargic so pin pointing those would help. some people report a boost in physical and mental performance following mercury amalgam removal. rotating food can also be helpfull, i.e. eating any one food only once every 2-3 days. just a few i might think of more, good luck with the site. i would add that imo a "high energy diet" is the wrong way to go. you eat according to your activity. someone working long hours on a building requires more starch etc. with diet its more important what you don't do, i.e. flooding the body with sugar, additives, pesticides etc.
