Candles absorbing negative energy
I know that candles, black in particular, can be used to as sorb negative energy. I was going to give this a try, but I was wondering, what happens to the negative energy it absorbs? When I am ridding myself of negative energy, I gather it all up and push it down into the ground to be cleansed, I always think, of the negativity. So how does this work with candles? I would be using them to cleanse a space of negative energy. Thanks..

In many kinds of magical work candles are a symbol of fire - they burn. The candles burn away the negative energy.

I'd agree with Jenny Crow & say that they'd burn away the negative energy which they absorb!
