deep fears and doubts
At least part of my deep subconscious believes I am destined to go to hell when I touch it, it feels like some kind of powerful being in my mind is this normal or is my soul lost

It might be worth considering what just how much effect apprehension, anxiety, fear even has any sway over any outcome.
I understand the theories regarding self fulfilling prophecies and indeed L.O.A..but honestly speaking... Stuff happens whether we we fret about it or no.
My take therefore, Is do not give a slightest heed to what might or might not happen in the future. rather deal with this moment right now .

I'm no expert, but I think you just need to go within yourself and ask why you think you're so powerless to change your fate, rather than focus on the negative things others say about how you live your life and condemn you for it, you just need to find your own path. I did go in my self at least unconsciously all I found was a heavyweight of darkness despair and hopeless inevitability that felt more powerful than anything |
