Thats a nice shot you put up ... the leaves look like a Canna lily but the flower looks much more exotic ...

Being unemployed, I have the pleasure of walking my 2 year old grandson every day.
Consequently i have a couple of 'flower' moments to share.
1. There were some bunches of small blue wild flowers growing all over this one lawn on our walk and we stopped to look at them. I turned and saw him bending a bunch over and rubbing them so I asked what was he doing. He told me that he was rubbing their back.
How cute is that.
2. On another day there were some tulips growing on another lawn and I pointed them out and told him (so that he could remember) that they were called "two-lips".
Now everytime we go by them he says "two-lips". lol
