For some reason, I woke up this morning with a weirder sense of humor than I normally have.
I saw your post quoted above (which I've repeated myself once or twice), except today, seeing it again brought a paraphrase of an old joke to mind:
Masochist says to sadist: "Please, please, please, bang my head against the wall, please, please, please"!!
Sadist says to masochist: " No! HA, HA, HA, HA". 
....I think I'll lie down and take another nap, now (my head hurts).
