I can only assume you are talking about life's experiences. I keep mine short and sweet as much as possible. I like things simple to understand (maybe because I am simple-minded).

Someone here wrote on the forum how to stay in the astral longer and that is to focus. I think it is a great idea. When I focus I can stay out. If I forget to focus I am back into my body again. Look around you and notice things and keep noticing things. If you are thinking anything physical you will go back into your body. I know that happens to me. If I am thinking even if it is at the back of my mind, I am out of my body or I am aware I am out of my body, I will go back into my body again. I have to forget my physical body.

Yes, I have read that too, that you have to forget your physical body. Keep your focus on what's going on around while AP.
I also read that if you feel yourself drifting back to your body you should grab hold of something (and don't let go of it) to maintain the connection; even if you are aware that you're back in bed (or where ever) so that you can then AP straight away again.
