For the past several days as I struggle with some internal loneliness caused by the on-going silence and disconnection from my mate, I had reason to be continually surprised and grateful for friends who keep my days filled with friendship :)

I have empathy and compassion for you CrystalSong as I state that I am grateful for a side effect of a painful event in which the most important person in my life has been compelled to open up and come closer to me.

Even though it's lumpy, bumpy, and kinda dumpy, today I'm quite thankful and grateful for this body of mine. It helps me to do so many things.

Thinking back over the time since this thread was started and the many events that have happened since expressing gratitude regularly.....and I just have to say I'm grateful for gratitude!!

Today I am thankful and grateful to be able to see others have fun and enjoy themselves. It's nice to see people relax, let loose and have fun, because that joy spreads to others and encourages them to be in the moment and live joyfully as well.
