operation get fit and have fun

So here's the deal. With the onset of beautiful weather, and spring and summer fashion... About a month ago I started taking better care of myself. I realize I should have done this sooner, but hey.

I apologize if there is already a similar thread already,

BUT

I was thinking that maybe this could be a place where other people who are striving to get fit could share accomplishments, set backs, yummy healthy recipe's, fun exercise ideas etc, as well as offer support to each other.

What do you guys think?

All the best,
-TrainsAndSewingMachines

Sounds great!
it's actually Autumn here in Australia and my goal is to look good again in my skinny jeans!
I have around 5kgs to lose which I have put on over the past 6 months.
I workout usually 5-6 days per week doing a combo of weight training and cardio. I count calories but since putting the weight on I haven't been consistent with this.

Do you have a particular goal to reach?
