Hi everyone, I'm new here. I came here looking for answers or maybe someone can relate to this. I have been having sleep paralysis for over 15 yrs now. I have learned to live with it. I have seen many things. About a month ago I was in sleep paralysis state and aware of my room just like all other episodes. But then I felt someone behind me. It was a woman full of darkness. She was not ugly but attractive but she was just evil. She was hovering over me and running her hand over my frozen body. She was speaking in a different language and made me more paralyzed. I called upon god but could not even flinch. I heard her very clearly speaking in another language. I felt like I was losing strength and going into a deep coma when suddenly I could move again. I quickly turned around and made a fist because I thought she was still there and I quickly hugged my wife and son to ensure their safety. What could that be? Thank you all in advance.

Sometimes it isn't a "someone" but actually a manifestation of your mind. read your other dream post and it will make more sense why I'm saying that.

Sounds like you are releasing some old beliefs, they just happen to be manifesting as "psychological" visions and dreams.

Laura is right, it is from your mind. I used to see things as well. Not nice things but it did not worry me. I knew it could not harm me. I just gently looked at it and because I was relaxed and could not careless what I saw I rose out of my body and I went on an adventure. It was fun. One time when I saw something I thought I wonder if I can change what I saw to a half man and half pig. It changed. That is why I think it comes from the creations of your mind.

Doubleg... Often when in these altered states our perceptions get distorted by our fears. For instance, once you get past the fear this witch that you saw and felt would most likely show up as something else... like a spirit guide trying to help you, for instance.

The feeling of losing strength (relaxing) and going into a deep state where you could move, sounds like she helped you ease out of body whereas before you were stuck half/in and half/out, which is where 'sleep paralysis' happens.

If it were me the next time she showed up I would just ask her who she is and what she's trying to do.
