how to connect with your spirit guide.

What's the best way to get in touch with your spirit guides? I have heard several psychics say that everyone has a spirit guide.

Depends on which spirit guide you are looking for?
Your human or your power animal?

The best way is to meditate. Before you go into meditation state what your intentions are. If you are looking for your power animal I suggest Journeying other than meditation because Journeying is mostly focused on the animals other than other creatures. If you are looking for your spirit guide say this before you go into meditation:
"I wish to make contact with my Spirit Guide."
{sometimes this will take a couple of meditations to see a pattern in who you meet with}

Or an easier way to do it is say the exact line and sit for 3 minutes in complete silence and see if anything pops into your head... a thought that seems out of the ordinary. Your spirit guide gives you messages 23 times a day but we chalk this out as if it were our own mind. But just listen and even converse with yourself, maybe its not yourself, maybe its your spirit guide.
