went to a open circle today
hi just got back from a open circle but why is i doubt myself so much that when i get anything i wont stand and say i hope it will all change and that i will feel comfortable to give out what i get in the future x

The more you say what you see and hear the more your development will improve... Trust in what you are given for it could be the key in validating the message you are about to give... took me ages to speak up in a circle ! but then I'd be hopeless at public speaking.
it gets easier the more you relax with a few regular sitters. |
