Help! How Do I Heal?

Hello my dearies, my younger brother is feeling sick and I need to learn how to effect healing. I think my energy body is activated and I am capable of healing my own self. How can I extend that to him and ultimately others.

Hello... I read a book by Benjamin Bibb ... The Amazing Secrets of Psychic Healing to start out. Over the past few years I have added to his instructions to include Reiki and using gemstones.

Basically, it merely amounts to thinking of that other person. I ask Jesus to bring them healing through me. I send loving energy through them using a breathing meditation. The same with the Reiki. I visualize doing it over their body. I also do chakra balancing visualizing doing it to their chakras.

I know others have different variations of how they send healing, but I think it is mostly about intending for them to heal while thinking of them.

You might start out reading how some people do it and then using your intuition and experiences find techniques that fit your own abilities and style. I would start with how you heal your self but think of and intend healing for them. Hope this helps.

Intend to heal him. I am a reiki healer, and it all starts with intention - the desire or need to heal yourself or another :) Our beliefs are very powerful and can affect the world around us. I think you already know what to do!
