Forget all calorie counting ..... it will not work long term. You will just relapse over and over again.
IT IS about NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS and as much RAW as possible. Then the body stops sending signals for more food! It is the LACK of Nutrients which feeds obesity as the bodies natural mechanisms go haywire.
CUT OUT ALL REFINED SUGAR ! MAKE NO EXCEPTION to this ...... as that type of sugar ONLY CONVERTS TO FAT. Replace with STEVIA and XYLITOL , Zero Calories yet kills acidic bacteria and aids the body much~
Cut out all processed foods ...... there is **** in them you would not believe!
