Drifting
Floating among the thoughts
Drifting with in the dream
Things passing by in a mist
Not being as they seem
Trying to grasp some meaning
None for mind to grip
Trying to speak out loud
No words pass the lips
Just drifting among the passage
Of memories and dreams
Feel as though sitting
Next to a flowing stream
Watching and feeling the movement
As thoughts move on pass
Accepting all are just moments
Never created to last

I can relate to your words. Have you been reading my thoughts ? 
You are describing exactly what I have been feeling ~ especially these two parts.
Floating among the thoughts
Drifting with in the dream
Things passing by in a mist
Not being as they seem
............................................
Just drifting among the passage
Of memories and dreams
Feel as though sitting
Next to a flowing stream
