Are you receiving words or phrases in this language? Could you write more about it? Some time ago I started getting messages in several languages that Ive never learned before. Some of those messages do make some sense to me and whats going on. Prior to that I had a very deep meditation during which I was reading some ancient scrolls in ancient language with ease, at the same time it felt like being on the verge of entering another realm of unspoken truth, where any language as such did not exist. I withdrew from that then.

I am currently trying to learn a bit of Latin, very little at a time. Not only to speak it but I would also like to learn to read and write it. I have intent to transcribe at least one of my entire notebooks as I write into Latin. Or specific paragraphs within into Latin.

Taking a look at the example you gave Alabre may. I am not inclined to feel this to be Latin.

However the word Alabi in English does exist. You may wish to google this and go to the wikipedia link.

This does not mean you are not being taught a language, it does indicate it does not appear to be Latin.

It is possible to learn a language from spirits, or guides in my opinion or personal view of the topic.

I have been spoken to by spirits in Japanese. Only not spoken by hearing, but rather imagery. Japanese characters rather.

I have no knowledge of Arabic, but wondered if it could be that language? It doesn't sound like Latin...

How was "may" pronounced? Like our word for the month of "May" or more like "my"?

When we hear another language we have to remember that our "brain" is trying to translate or make sense of it logically. What I have found when I hear something different I try to step outside the brain and write what I hear down as I hear it then go from there. Once I got Morse Code that I at first dismissed as gibberish til my Son pointed out what it was.

When I talk to my heart the language is very simple and pure variations of the English language I already know. So if I got this message in that context I would perhaps translate as: elaborate, may I
In other words would interpret as a request for permission to continue.

I've only once ever received message from an entity that was in a strange language, and somehow even though the words were gibberish, I "knew" exactly what they meant somehow. I believe they were speaking some universal language. It was an urgent moment and it was not a time for teaching a new language.

I used Google translate and it didn't detect any meaning whatsoever. So, I googled it and Alabre is actually a last name. So, I suppose it is possible that May Alabre is someone's name.

Unlikely to be latin if the message was given in alphabetic letters. There's no 'y' in the Roman (latin) alphabet. IIRC
