I'm just punished, punished and punished some more, and if I truly open up to you all, in my heart i feel like people are blaming me for my friends death, but i swear as Jesus and God as my witness, that I had no involvement, my guilt comes from walking away from my friend and moving on with my life.

I don't know your whole story Cheeky but I can feel that you are innocent of the happenings that night. I have also walked away from ppl and later seen harm come to them. You'll carry the sorrow with you, but let go of the guilt. You are not directly responsible even if it was suicide, and you cannot be made to carry that burden. I know it's difficult. People may blame you...unfortunately it's a natural reaction. But they don't know the truth and you do. Take courage from the truth and from God...and while you're at it, remember your friend is already in the arms of the Great Spirit.

I can give an expample from a personal level. I had a good friend that was in a horrific car accident and walked away without a mark on him. HOW it was called a miricle. Less than a week later he was crossing the steet and was ran down and killed by a speeding driver.

I have talked with him since his passing and he told me it was just not his TIME the first go round with the car accident.

I lost me Father at 21 he was only 56 but growing up I always remember him saying when one's TIME is up one goes. There is no way of stopping that. The Dr's sure tried to stop him going. Looking back now with "clear insights" I know that it was HIS TIME to go. He too knew and accepted in that.

Do some go by one's own hand maybe before their time I would have to say NO as if the attempt does not work then it was NOT that time but if it does work then YES it was one's time.
