Was this a dream or did I AP

Not sure if it was a dream or not, I was trying to astral project but I think I failed and fell asleep (I think) but then I felt as if my body was sinking and floating at the same time and then the vibrations came along not as intense as last time but I definitely felt them, they were pushing me upwards out of my bed so I let them and pushed myself upwards with them. (I'm not sure if I dreamed this whole stage)

So then I was out of my body and I could see my bed but then I was moving around my room uncontrollably but I concentrated and made my self stop, then my vision was very strange like I was on some sort of drug but I told myself I could see and it worked, however it looked like there was a small layer of water covering my eyes but I was fine with that. Anyway I moved towards my door and felt it and when I pushed my hand with some force through it I went through.
So I walked around the house, and went to my moms bedroom door, it was open and I could see her in the room awake. At this point I had a blocked nose in real life and I realised that and got returned to my body.

Anyway the thing that made me think it's a dream is the fact I saw my mom awake and her door was open, but I know she was definitely asleep at this time and her door was closed in the physical world. So was I dreaming or not?
