Waking Meditation

I suggest doing a daily waking meditation, that is, when you keep your eyes open but still imagine cleansing yourself or doing whatever you do when you meditate.
It is not meant to be a deep experience, but something lighter, like a quick rejuvination process to give you energy throughout the day.
I would like to hear feedback on this.

I could well give another reason for maintaining a spiritual awareness throughout the day, everything keeps going wrong. Nothing seems to work. Why is THIS happening. It always happens to me!
Because of our state of consciousness. We are being given strong feedback. What we are putting out is coming back to us, and we react in such a way as to say, ' what is this, I have the rite to be out of sync with the universe and still have success in everything, the play of life has no rite to do this to me. I know, I will blame it on others. And when I get myself home, I will give myself a damn good leathering.......
We are quite simply being asked to change. And change means change, forever.
