Yes i am aware of that but i have been taking it easy, so withdrawal is not so bad

Going to try hard this week so please keep your finger crossed.

Will try using amethyst. Is there any crystals that remove allot of energy from your body? Is there any crystals that is very calming on the nerves?

I did mention rainbow fluorite - it totally fits the bill for me.
