Until you are born again, yes. Actually I think that until you build up your etheric body you will basically only have the flesh.
This documentary has a few good points but I don't agree with everything:

For instance, I have never experienced any kind of sexual activity giving you more energy. It is always depleted but egregously more so if you orgasm.
Thus I can only see a transformation happening as the energy is filled up and reaches the crown/skull. Likewise Jesus commanded his disciples to fill up the vessels at the wedding to the brim. Also the wise virgins kept a reserve of energy and the foolish ones didn't.
Also the water that Jesus had would help the woman at the well with her unsatisifed 'thirst'.

The doctrine of ' Sin ' is definitely central in Christianity, and it's our nature to commit ' Sin ' which I personally don't believe but we all think differently...

Sin is a doggy bag.
We all defecate in the same bag.

Transformation is central to Christianity.
I think the talents are recieved through the base chakra. It is then up to the individual to properly manage it or to waste it.

This is the energy that will build up once you are chaste and also refrain from other forms of sin, being defined by that which will prohibit Christ from reaching Golgatha - Satan. Once on the Cross there is an exchange with your sinful nature and Christ righteuosness, i.e., unless Christ reaches the cross you will not be free from sin.
It is my understanding currently that the market place is that exchange in the crown chakra or Golgatha (Skull).
I think the parable is also saying that if you only have one talent then you cannot really go to the market place. You have to first grow it with interest.
