I remember hearing about this a few years ago and just came back across it now.

I read about this cave some 5 years ago, and if I remember correctly, you can't stay in there for any length of time, some 15-30 mins tops, because of the high temp and humidity. I don't think you can visit it either.
I got Naica selenite, only know of one shop that sells it, but I guess there'll be more. It's very different from regular selenite, which I don't like. Naica selenite is more transparant and has a totally different feel to it. Water energy.
I'm not entirely sure whether Naica selenite is mined in this cave though, or a different location close to it.
