Stillness continuum
An awareness permanent
Bliss our sensorium
Within Sushumna radiant

Game of rotating polarities
Outer & inner equal
Throb renewal in continuity
A perennial miracle

The divine impulses gentle
To delusion forsake
Intimate love caress subtle
Urging us to awake

Voluntary choice to be still
As we are shaped upon the anvil
Being extent of our free will
Enthralled by the bliss throb thrill

What is stillness
If it be a doing limited
Unbounded awareness
With ego decimated

The instinctive urge
Entwined with bliss
The rapturous surge
Of lovers in a kiss

The external recedes
Owing to priority change
Delusion ground concedes
Finding love vibrations strange

What is stillness
If lower mind is active
Vivified inner wellness
No longer reactive

As we float in tranquil calm
Ego too realigns
Love the healing balm
With which we gently align

Unexpectant yet welcoming
Divine bestowed surprise
ॐ within reverberating
Silent thunder on the rise

for connecting
and expanding
in continuity
our enableability
beyond infinity

this impulse
a throbbing pulse
of awake conscience
ever present
as a bliss current
to which we are sentient

if we can fly
why would we deny
above, the open sky
within, the bliss ignition
ecstasy in continuation
as our flowing orientation

Eyes & temples & Ajna & Guru integrate
As a composite whole in head indivisibly
Vivifying sensations within caress & elate
Sushumna ignited with bliss permanently

Active centres below Manipura & Vishuddha
Surrender their energy in the spacial Anahata

Such is the physicality in a continuum of stillness
Flowing gently in unending rapture of blissfulness

Male & female energy enigma
Within spacial Anahata housed
Balanced but not yet aroused
Coming to life slowly
Awakened by soma magically

Perfect symmetry & geometry
As bliss amplifies in continuity

Holding the Universe
Boundless space

Though containing all
Impersonal yet responsive
To each impulse
Of the play

Heartbeat & breath
Fears & desires & ego stealth
The entrapment & liberation
Freedom from all limitation
All play out perfectly
Beauteously & enigmatically
Each sneeze & wheeze
Bliss waves that please
Expansion & contraction
Both void & manifestation
Appear & disappear
Until all mists clear
With love alone shining
As inner light enlivening

Of cognitive sentience
Awareness unbound
Observing the ground
As a divine play
Of senses as they sway

Fearing agony of burning
By Pingala hot & searing
We lie down on the right side
To open left nostril wide
Imbibing Ida Prana cool
Hoping to kundalini befool

Kundalini the Shakti dormant
Our own consciousness current
Kinetic polarity of divinity
Seeks Shiva abiding in potentiality
The path of kundalini then direct
Through central Sushumna erect

Abandoning yogic gimmicks
Mind games & mantras & tricks
All we do is still our attention
Going in inwards into meditation
Recognising that we are not the doer
Allowing the divine to be the mover

All optimised no sooner we surrender
