Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Hello Humm,

I do find some of Kitaro's Music very medative

Hello Miss Hepburn, I enjoyed listening to Chris Botti, It's ideal for turning the Lights down and relaxing in the evening, and Ennio Morricone is nothing short of a Maestro, But Gustav Mahler pipped them both to the post in the respect my listening pleasure.

You might need to fasten your selt belts for this. Toccata and Fugue in D Minor given the Vanessa Mae treatment.

More traditionally , Hector Berlioz's Symphonie Fantastique any movement I think is wonderful .this is the 2nd movement entitled A Ball

Hello Verunia, that was beautiful.
