Thanks Topaz, so... now...just what is it? Chinese Chrysocolla or Azurite Malachite? They both look the same.

Dawn, thanks for sharing this. I got really upset when my son dropped his rose quartz turtle I bought for him - the head snapped right off. He also dropped my hubby's tigers eye pyramid & chipped the tip.
I felt terrible, like he had hurt that turtle. My hubby has since super glued the head back on and you would never know he had dropped it. But I still KNOW it is broken. This story really helped me feel better about the whole thing!!!

Gabes, sorry to hear they got broken, but hey, I'm really starting to wonder (after remembering this) just how much of when they chip and break is actually an 'accident'. Sure we get use to seeing a stone or crystal one way, and the moment it chips or cracks or breaks, we're upset. Their form has been ruined!! It'll never be the same again! The thing is, I'm thinking that when these moments happen, it's for a reason. I mean, I know I've personally felt it when the energy has changed after a stone or crystal has broken, I've sense the new, joyful, uplifting, excited souls getting connected with the 'new' pieces. (Of course, this doesn't mean anyone should just pick up a stone or crystal after reading this and break it to bits and pieces. That'd just be mean. This sort of stuff has to be on their terms, not ours. At least, that's how I see it.)
