Crystals for cold and flu

Hi all

I am looking for crystals that could help and aid me to help with cold and flu. I know they are just an aid and i am using medication to help with the symptoms of cold and flu.

I have the flu really bad this time and any suggestions would be appreciate it.

Plz could you name a few crystals cause i might not have some of those.

The only one Crystal I can recommend from my own experience is Green Fluorite. I feel it has antiviral and anti-inflammatory effect. I have one quite big piece I keep on my bedside table. If you feel really bad and have only small piece of Green Fluorite, keep it on your body, cleanse it and charge it every day, or few times a day if you can. You can also have a bath, putting your Crystal in water with you. Clear Quartz is also good, can be used with Green Fluorite.

I have a small piece of green Flourite with a little purple piece in it but giving it a try anyway, also have some small pieces of clear quartz.

Green with purple is quite Okay. Keep it close to you, it will help.
