the higher realms and the loving god are out there. I spent alot of time looking externally for things that i could find within, with work. I am very sorry to hear of your loss, and sincerely wish you well in your journey seeking. There is much for us to learn about ourselves in our short lives, much about loving ourselves and one another. My heart wishes you the best:)
