Spikes on trees!!!
In Bristol they have put spikes on trees to protect cars from bird droppings!

That just looks awful, and the reason is equally as bad.

Should start a thread about plants that want to kill you. Hahaha. I have this house plant called fatal attraction. Its name is well earned. Its a beautiful plant with small super tough spines that curve in all directions. If outdoor small animals get caught in these and die.

Not sure where u live but in many places in the US they put spikes on bridges or streetlights for this same reason, some companies do it just because they dont birds nesting in corners of their buildings

wow, really? I live in the US and this is the first I'm learning about it. Idk perhaps it's where I live, or maybe I'm just not looking. I'll admit if I'd seen this I don't think I'd have known what it was for.
