Third eye chakra hurts
It has been hurting for two days and honestly i think the reason behind this may be because i’m fearful of seeing spirits. Like at night when i close my eyes, i see these images well they’re jusr lines amd shapes and they’re bright. I’m not sure what these are but i’m scared that if i start ovserving this then i might see a spirit. Because of this i tend to stay awake and start watching videos to distract my mind
